Boutique Primary Care Statement:
Our Boutique model differs from traditional practices by having significantly smaller patient panels which enable us to spend more time with you, be highly attentive and enhance coordination of care. This model also provides executive healthcare needs. We differ from a concierge practice model as we do not charge any monthly fees or retainer. However, this model is not a least expensive model of care.
