We do NOT have the testing ability for COVID-19 at this time, DO NOT WALK IN THE CLINIC FOR COVID-19 TESTING, however Monument Health (MH) Urgent Cares can do COVID-19 Testing. If you have a fever, cough, or have been in close contact to a confirmed COVID-19 person, go to the M.H. Urgent Care.  If you have a fever, cough AND Shortness of Breath, please go to Monument Health ER. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our Nurse Line and she can give you further guidance. Remember to wash your hands frequently for 20 seconds, avoid large gatherings, avoid hand shaking, avoid cruises and travel to Level 2 - 3 geographic areas per CDC Travel Notices. A note on Clinic cleaning and disinfection practices / protocols, each exam room is disinfected after each visit, waiting room area disinfected multiple times a day and  our entire Clinic is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected nightly.

TELEHEALTH /TELEMEDICINE visits are available, right from your Phone or Computer! Check with your Insurance company to see if Telehealth visits are a Covered benefit. We have limited 

in clinic appointments at the Rapid City SD location to protect our staff and it is co-located with Fromm Dermatology.
